BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
Responsibilities include:
Business Development
You will work on expanding the business i.e. opening of new outlets & building our lifestyle brand
You will explore the e-commerce trade and work with us to expand our online business i.e. creating new products
You will negotiate for better trade deals with suppliers and source for good suppliers to work with
You will work on improving workflows and processes to optimise productivity
Marketing & Sales
You will work on securing corporate events/deals and delivering excellent & personalised service to our clients
You will strive towards increasing our reach with digital marketing (Ads, SEO etc) - You will manage campaigns i.e. to market new products
You will work on strengthening and communicating our brand identity
You will conceptualise and design marketing collaterals for corporate clients
Photoshop and illustration/design skills are a plus
Requirements
No relevant F&B industry experience required
As part of our culture, you will be scheduled some shift work at the beginning for you better understand the business from the ground up
Excellent on communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated individual with a positive team player
Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere with flexible timing
Meticulous and attention to detail
Display integrity and initiative
